Job summary

Elevate ENT Partners is seeking an experienced ENT/Otolaryngologist to lead a new de novo practice on Florida's Gulf Coast. You will serve as the clinical anchor, partnering with executive leadership to develop the site's presence and referrals.

Expect to build the practice with central support from a large local ENT group. The role requires an MD or DO, ABOTO-HNS board certification, Florida license, and at least 3 years of clinical experience, with an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to

ENT / Otolaryngologist - Clinical Site Leader, Growth & Development

Position Overview: Elevate ENT Partners is seeking an experienced ENT / Otolaryngologist to serve as the clinical anchor for a new, de novo ENT practice located in the Florida Gulf Coast (Southwest/West-Central Florida) market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who wants to play a meaningful role in helping to expand the Elevate ENT Partners' footprint into an adjacent market while having access to the central and administrative resources of a large local ENT group.

KEY RESPONSBILIITIES:

De Novo Site Leadership, Growth & Practice Development:

• Serve as the clinical anchor for the new ENT location
• Partner with executive and local operational leadership to develop and launch the practice
• Establish the practice's presence within the local medical community
• With support from operational team, develop relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, urgent care providers, and other referral sources.

Clinical Practice:

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services within the full scope of general otolaryngology
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures and surgical interventions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other specialists
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and organizational clinical programs

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Residency program
• Board Certified, American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
• Florida state medical license
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
