The position requires BC/BE in Otolaryngology, active WI license or eligibility, and a commitment to patient-centered, multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Board status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
• Active Wisconsin license or eligibility to apply.
• BLS and ACLS (as required).
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
• Interest in collaborative, patient-centered care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
