Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a collegial ENT and Audiology team. The ENT Hospitalist position focuses on 24/7 call coverage while preserving clinical and surgical activity to support provider satisfaction and patient care.

The group offers access to a Level I trauma center and comprehensive stroke care, with regular clinic sessions and collaboration with hospitalists.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist required.
• Ability to provide 24/7 ENT call coverage.
• Experience with inpatient hospitalist and ED consultations preferred.
• Access to OR for urgent inpatient and ED cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 ENT call coverage (Hospital and ED) and urgent/emergent surgery as needed.
• Coordinate with hospitalists and Audiology for patient care.
• Maintain scheduled clinical and surgical activity to support department capacity.
