The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, inpatient procedures, consults, and potential to grow consult volume. Visa sponsorship is available, with base salary guaranteed and incentive potential around 10% plus loan forgiveness

A leading academic health system is seeking a highly motivated ENT Hospitalist to join its expanding Otolaryngology service line. Position Highlights

• Inpatient-focused role: consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination
• Monday – Friday clinical work schedule
• High-acuity cases with frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes)
• Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical cases as needed
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and APP support
• Participate in teaching residents (rotations throughout the year)
• Opportunity to help grow consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services
• Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary guarantee with productivity (wRVU)
• Bonus potential: ~10% incentive
• Additional incentives: loan forgiveness, stipend, relocation, sign on bonus, retirement plans, full benefits package
