SageWest Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the ENT Clinic in Fremont County, Wyoming. The role supports clinic/outpatient care with a focus on administering medications, charting patient care, and coordinating ongoing treatment plans.

Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, PRN as needed. The ideal candidate maintains Wyoming LPN licensure, has BLS certification, and can collaborate across care teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Current Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license in Wyoming is required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age-specific principles of growth and development to meet patient needs.
• Current BLS on first day or assigned by Learning Center.

Mansioni

• Implement and evaluate patient care; develop a patient-specific care plan.
• Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments.
• Document patient care in the health record per established standards.
• Delegate, prioritize, request and accept guidance to ensure safe, timely care.
• Triage patient calls, educate patients, take histories, change dressings, monitor vital signs.
