Job summary

American Fidelity is seeking a hybrid-role technical liaison in the OKC metro area to analyze, document, and resolve complex enrollment system issues and to design, implement, and manage payroll and HCM/HRIS integrations for accurate data exchange.

You will lead cross-team coordination on enrollment customization, evaluate system capabilities for department use, and provide technical recommendations to AF IT and Enrollment Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience acceptable.
• Strong business needs analysis and technical requirements background.
• Knowledge of benefit administration and eligibility guidelines.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison with enrollment system vendors, analyzing, documenting, and resolving complex issues.
• Design, implement, and manage payroll and HCM/HRIS integrations to ensure accurate data exchange.
