Job summary

CareCloud seeks an Enrollment Coordinator to support Enrollment Services, improving timeliness, quality, and cost of client service delivery. The role coordinates internal and external processes and assists in new client onboarding, with focus on enrollment optimization and timely Go-Live support.

The candidate will coordinate provider enrollments for EDI transactions, manage multiple client implementations, and communicate with clients, payers, and partners from our Miami team.

Qualifications

• Process oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with practice management or revenue cycle management is preferred.
• Prior provider enrollment or credentialing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate provider enrollments for various EDI transactions
• Manage multiple client enrollment implementations simultaneously
• Provide client support for enrollment tasks pre- and post Go-Live
• Process enrollment documentation during enrollment phase
• Communicate with clients, payers, clearing houses, and partners
• Provide analysis, reporting, and communications during client implementation
• Identify accounts for enrollment optimization
• Coordinate tasks between Miami enrollment team and our BPO partners
