Qualifications

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for admission, student financial services, financial aid, enrollment marketing, student accounts, and related enrollment functions.
• Partner with university leadership to develop and implement recruitment and enrollment strategies that advance priorities and achieve net tuition revenue goals.
• Ensure alignment between admission and financial aid strategies, policies, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of systems, streamline processes, and improve service delivery using analytics and tech.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on enrollment trends, financial aid policy, and market conditions.
• Recruit, develop, and support high-performing teams with a collaborative, student-centered culture.
• Represent SMU with external constituencies and strengthen the university's visibility in enrollment management.
• Collaborate with enrollment management, academic, and administrative leaders to improve the student enrollment experience.
