Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is seeking an Enrollment Oversight and Quality Specialist to handle moderate to complex enrollment, eligibility, billing changes and reconciliation, and to provide exceptional service to members and agents. You will audit processes, update training materials, and collaborate with partners to drive efficiency across the department.

The role requires two years of enrollment processing or accounting experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of health/insurance

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience or two years enrollment processing experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Health or insurance industry experience.
• Expertise in complex enrollment, eligibility, billing, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform enrollment, eligibility, billing changes and reconciliation.
• Answer inquiries and provide guidance to members/agents via phone, email or written correspondence.
• Conduct audits to ensure transaction accuracy and timeliness; identify process improvements.
