Guardian Life Insurance seeks an Enrollment Practice Leader to oversee the end-to-end group benefits enrollment for sales partners, brokers, employers and members. You will drive complex enrollment initiatives, collaborate across Sales, Client Management and Enrollment teams, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Guardian is seeking an Enrollment Practice Leader to lead the end-to-end enrollment experience for our sales partners, brokers, employers, and members.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted enrollment expert responsible for managing complex, high-impact cases, driving enrollment success, and delivering exceptional service experiences. You will partner across Sales, Client Management, and Enrollment teams to execute strategic enrollment solutions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase engagement, and support the continued growth of Guardian’s enrollment capabilities.

You are a trusted advisor who leverages deep enrollment expertise, industry knowledge, and strong communication skills to guide clients and internal teams through the enrollment process. Success in this role requires a relentless focus on client outcomes, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and helping employees make informed benefits decisions that best meet their needs and those of their families.
As our Enrollment Practice Leader, you will report to our Enrollment Strategy Leader, who reports to our Head of Enrollment.
The primary locations for this role is either Plano, TX or Newport Beach, CA.
Approximately 30%-40% travel is required for this position.
$118,980.00 - $195,465.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
