Pilgrim Lutheran Church & School is seeking a mission-driven Enrollment & Marketing Coordinator to grow our school community by guiding families through enrollment and telling our story.

The role leads recruitment, marketing communications, and select fundraising advancement efforts, requiring a creative, organized, people-oriented professional who can strengthen relationships and build Pilgrim's programs and student experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in enrollment, admissions, marketing, or nonprofit outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media.
• Commitment to mission and community engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment.
• Manage admissions and enrollment pipeline and records.
• Coordinate tours, shadow days, open houses, and recruitment events.
• Develop strategies to increase inquiries, applications, enrollment, and retention.
• Collaborate with school leadership to showcase Pilgrim's programs and student experience.
• Track enrollment trends and report to school leadership.
