Job summary

Wollborg Michelson Recruiting is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Specialist to provide administrative and customer service support to agents, applicants, and members regarding eligibility and enrollment for individual products. The role processes applications and change requests, coordinating with Underwriting on cases requiring review.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in a specialized customer service environment (or 48 college credits and 1 year),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a specialized customer service environment; or 48 college credit hours and 1 year of experience.
• Successful completion of a customer service proficiency assessment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned applications and enrollment change requests.
• Support agents, applicants, and members with eligibility and enrollment inquiries.
• Coordinate with Underwriting on applications requiring medical review.
• Conduct pre-underwriting research and develop application information for review.
• Deliver professional customer service through clear and courteous communication.
