Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in revenue cycle, enrollment, credentialing, or related work in outpatient healthcare.
• FQHC enrollment experience preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must reside in the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with health center staff to ensure efficient and accurate provider credentialing and enrollment.
• Manages timely communications with health center staff related to credentialing and enrollment requests, changes, additions, and terminations.
• Follows established processes to ensure accurate completion and maintenance of credentialing and enrollment tasks across payers.
