Job summary

PACE Consulting Solutions is seeking an Enrollment Analyst to join the Enrollment team. The role focuses on overseeing compliance with the Enrollment, Eligibility and Disenrollment processes, primarily related to financial eligibility and regulatory requirements.

The Analyst will support prospective enrollees and families in determining financial eligibility at enrollment and throughout enrollment, and will coordinate with the LIFE team on regulatory matters, care planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in health and human services.
• Experience with Medicare regulations and financial guidelines.
• Experience with Medicaid regulations and completing PA 600 and MA eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with Enrollment, Eligibility and Disenrollment processes.
• Assist enrollees and families in determining financial eligibility during enrollment and ongoing.
• Collaborate with LIFE team on regulatory processes, care planning and documentation.

Overview

Enrollment Analyst Sought for Exciting New Opportunity

PACE Consulting Solutions is seeking an individual to join the Enrollment Team. This position is responsible for performing functions related to and overseeing compliance with various aspects of the Enrollment, Eligibility and Disenrollment process primarily related to financial eligibility and regulatory processes.

As a member of the PACE Consulting Solutions Enrollment team, the Enrollment Analyst will provide support and make recommendations that will assist prospective enrollees and families in determining their financial eligibility upon enrollment and throughout the course of enrollment.

This position is interactive with the LIFE team in providing support and guidance with respect to regulatory processes, care planning and documentation.

Requirements for this position include but not limited to:

• Five years’ experience in health and human services preferred.
• Experience with and knowledge of Medicare regulations and financial guidelines.
• Experience with and knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines including completing PA 600 and determining MA eligibility.
