Job summary

Advatix, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. The role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing returns (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065), tax planning, IRS correspondence, and collaboration with fiduciaries and advisors. On-site position with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA credential in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience.
• Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software.
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
• Trust/estate experience is a plus.
