Job Description:

Technical / Functional Skills

• Hands‑on experience working with Enovia V6 2012x & beyond
• +7 years’ experience in Enovia V6 with Engineering Central and VCC modules, preferably 2013x version.
• Knowledge of XPDM Interface and Enovia Integration connectors
• Worked on ExaLead OnePart
• Worked on all Enovia suites
• Deep understanding of VCC technical functionality to guide leveraging OOTB functionalities
• Coordinated internal resources for testing and supported testing activities during SIT and UAT
• Led workshops to identify requirements, provide solutions and validate design/configuration
• Minimum 6 yrs strong experience as Technical Architect or onsite delivery role
• Experience in Enovia centrals
• Implementation experience in Enovia V6 2012x & beyond (designing and developing solutions in Enovia)
• Knowledge of OOTB features of various Centrals
• Functional understanding of Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management and Manufacturing Process
• Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Energy & Hi-Tech Industry preferred but not mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the development of a To-Be Process
• Facilitate meetings to define use cases and detail functional specification
• Review FS with functional team
• Support and coordinate all aspects for Testing activities (CRP, SIT, UAT)
• Active participation in training and transition activities
• Coordinate with SMEs for requirements
• Provide proof of concept (POC) if required
• Capture all the requirements in the Quality Center (QC)
• Document all OOTB defects and follow up with DS
• Obtain BRD and FS sign‑off from business team
• Provide functional support to development and testing team
• Coordinate SIT and UAT with business users
• Provide demos to users as needed
• Prepare training material and arrange training sessions for business users

Generic Managerial Skills

• Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical skill, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Eagerness to mentor junior team members
• Proficient use of PowerPoint presentation tool and MS Office tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑building skills
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is an added advantage
