Ruppert Landscape is hiring an Enhancement Manager to join our Charlotte Maintenance team. The role oversees enhancement project production, sales, and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and developing field leadership.

Responsibilities include leading recruitment, scheduling, cost control, and ensuring quality service. A strong background in horticulture and leadership, plus CDL, is required. Comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams and recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Proven sales and customer service skills with service customers.
• Experience managing multiple enhancement projects simultaneously.
• Ability to estimate enhancement-type work with cost awareness.
• Degree in horticulture or related field; certifications may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, sales, and customer satisfaction of branch enhancement projects.
• Develop field leadership and manage budgets to hit sales objectives.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate production staff and crews.
• Prepare job packages and billings for enhancement work sold.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and branch profitability.
• Coordinate deliveries, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Maintain branch facilities and fleet to reflect company image.
• Prospect leads and expand the branch prospecting system.
