Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape in Fort Myers, FL seeks an Enhancement Manager to lead enhancement projects and crews in the field. You will plan, schedule, purchase, and implement services while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to contract specs.

You'll supervise crews, train staff, and coordinate with Account Managers and property managers. Proficiency with landscape systems, safety, and scheduling tools is preferred. This role requires hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred.
• Experience with landscape installation including low voltage lighting, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience managing crews that perform landscape or related services.
• Ability to follow directions, perform tasks, and delegate to crews.
• Ability to identify plant material and insect/disease issues in the landscape.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Love a challenge and thrive in dynamic outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Use industry technology to manage your team, schedule crews, track hours and keep to budget.
• Lead weekly safety trainings and Monthly Truck Safety Audits, following safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and Field Support Team to promote seamless workflow.

What You'll Do

• Purchasing, planning, scheduling, and implementation of enhancement projects.

• Contribute to our safety culture by leading weekly safety trainings and perform Monthly Truck Safety Audits. Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.
• Coordinate with other departments including Irrigation, Fert/Spray, Safety and the Field Support Team (aka our back office) to promote a seamless workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred. Associate degree or relevant experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge and experience of all aspects of landscape installation, including low voltage lighting, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience managing crews that perform landscape or related services.
• Ability to follow directions, perform assigned tasks, and delegate to crews.
• Ability to identify plant material and insect and disease issues in the landscape.
• Proficiency in Crew Mobile and Aspire scheduling.
• Very rarely do we hire anybody into this role that doesn't have landscape experience. Plant knowledge is key.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
