Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking an Enhancement and Irrigation Manager to lead both enhancement and irrigation crews. You will coordinate with Maintenance Account Managers and report to the General Manager, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of enhancement and irrigation crews.
• Supervise irrigation projects from start to finish and coordinate materials.
• Prioritize daily work, train technicians, and ensure time sheets and reports.
• Install irrigation systems and ensure they operate efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment for employees, clients, and the public.
• Assist with enhancement services to improve site conditions and stay on budget.

Job description

We currently have a full-time position available for an Enhancement and Irrigation Manager. An Enhancement Manager is responsible for managing the enhancement crews, irrigation crews and working with Maintenance Account Managers. The Enhancement Manager reports to the General Manager, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our crews, sales team members and clients.

Enhancement and Irrigation Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manages the overall day-to-day operations of their crews and coordinates with the team of fellow Account Managers on shared resources
• Supervise and perform irrigation projects from start to finish, coordinate job activities and materials, ensure sound procedures and company policies are followed.
• Prioritize daily work lists, train and oversee the technicians, and ensure the completion of daily time sheets and weekly reports.
• Install irrigation systems and ensure they function efficiently.
• Ensures a safe environment for employees, clients and the general public
• Recommend enhancement services to clients in order to improve site conditions; coordinating with other branch employees to ensure enhancement work is completed successfully, on time and within budget
• Estimate jobs when needed

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years landscape enhancement and irrigation experience
• Minimum 2 years managing crews
• Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferred
