Job summary
EduQuencher, Inc. is seeking an experienced English Writing Instructor for middle school to early college levels. This fully remote, contract role offers flexible hours and focuses on helping students develop clear writing across formats, from essays to personal statements.
Responsibilities include one-on-one or small-group sessions via video, annotating drafts with actionable feedback, and creating personalized lesson plans to raise writing scores and academic performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring writing skills.
- Deep familiarity with essay structure, grammar, and academic writing conventions.
- Experience preparing students for standardised tests (SAT, ACT, AP English).
- Ability to provide detailed written feedback on student drafts in a timely manner.

- Develop personalised lesson plans targeting each student's weakest writing areas
- Guide students through the brainstorming, drafting, and revision process

We are seeking an experienced English Writing Instructor to support students at the middle school, high school, and early college levels. You will help learners develop clear, confident writing across a range of formats — from academic essays to personal statements.
This is a fully remote, contract role with flexible hours. Ideal candidates bring a love of language, a structured teaching style, and proven results helping students improve their writing scores and academic performance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring writing skills
