The teacher will develop, select, and modify instructional plans, maintain records, and communicate with students, parents, staff, and community.

Qualificações

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or beyond.
• Must have a valid Georgia teaching certificate in the teaching field in which they are employed from an accredited college or university.
• Meets Georgia state certification requirements in appropriate field of education.

Responsabilidades

• Plans a program of study that meets the needs, interests and abilities of individuals to ensure Success for Every Student.
• Reports to work on time and is prepared for all classes and duty assignments.
• Creates a classroom environment that provides student involvement in the learning process and enables each student to achieve learning objectives.
• Provides an instructional program to meet the needs of all students including students with disabilities.
• Prepares lesson plans and other documentation as required by principal or designee.
• Guides the learning process toward curriculum goals with clear objectives for lessons.
• Establishes learning objectives consistent with appraisal of student needs and RCSS curriculum framework.
• Plans for and utilizes instructional methods, resources and evaluation techniques to motivate each student.
• Maintains fair and accurate grading policies, attendance, and records.
