Right at Home Miami is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide in-home care across Miami, Florida. You will support daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and medication reminders for clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Background screening (Level 2) completed.
• CPR certification (in-person).
• TB or Chest X-ray clearances.
• References or letter of recommendation.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support ambulation, transfers, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide hospice supportive care as needed.
• Give medication reminders and monitor for changes.
• Assist with exercises and mobility aids.
• Provide incontinence care and safety supervision.
• Use lifting devices like gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Essential Functions

• Personal Hygiene

• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to): Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in

Requirements

• CNA license or HHA Certificate
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
• 1 letter of recommendation
