English 1 is seeking an experienced ESL teacher or an educator ready to take their teaching skills overseas. Join a global community of educators, teach English to young learners, and experience life in China.

We offer a competitive salary with performance bonus after 6 months, extensive training, and fully sponsored work visa. You will work with award-winning curricula and digital tools, with cultural activities and Mandarin lessons provided.

What You’ll Do

• Teach English to young learners ages 3–16 in interactive, high-energy classrooms.


• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.


• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their growth.


• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.
