Fusion Academy in Aliso Viejo, CA, is seeking an English and History Teacher to deliver truly personalized 1-to-1 instruction for students in grades 4–12. You’ll shape schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to support students academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees or a teaching credential are a plus. You should be able to teach English Composition, literature, language arts, world and U.S.

As a English and History Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, and Electives), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.

Pay Range

USD $28.50 - USD $28.50 /Hr.
