Qualifications

• Terminal degree in the teaching discipline with relevant credentials.
• Undergraduate programs require a master's degree with concentration in the discipline.
• Experience in instruction at a post-secondary level preferred.
• Active state licensure or certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and facilitate meaningful learning of course outcomes.
• Support all facets of the learning environment and engage students online
• Design instructional plans meeting course outcomes and deliver instruction.
• Develop activities aligning with objectives and shell content for online courses.
• Support student achievement and evaluate learning against criteria.
• Deliver learning-centered instruction and prepare for classes.
• Promote student success with flexible teaching style and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records, submit grades on time, enforce policies.
• Relate professional experience to learning and stay current with industry trends.
• Participate in faculty development and communicate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Support curriculum tasks, campus events, orientation, and meetings.
