Job summary

WSP is seeking a Design Visualization Specialist for our Denver, Seattle, Portland or Dallas offices to deliver high-end visualization for national VDI projects. You’ll craft photorealistic models, renderings, animations, and compelling visuals to support planning, design, and client engagement.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, a degree in a relevant field, and strong skills in 3DS Max, V-Ray, Adobe CS, and real-time tools like UE5/Twinmotion, with BIM and CAD literacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 3D Visualization, VFX, digital media, or architectural/engineering fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in art, multimedia, cinematography, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency with Autodesk 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with UE5 or Twinmotion for real-time development.
• Ability to read engineering plans and BIM/3D design specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, RevIt, and Bentley MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of lighting, color, scale and perspective.

Responsibilities

• Development of photorealistic 3D models, renderings, cinematic animations, and photo simulations to support project planning, design and delivery.
• Consultation, development and clarification of complex, controversial and difficult to describe projects.
• Support public engagement and proposal efforts with compelling visual storytelling.
• Pursuit of professional development to stay current with visualization tech and new communication tools.
• Experience self-managing tasks/projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
