Job summary

Protingent Staffing has a contract Program Manager opening in Santa Clara, CA. The six-month engagement aims to accelerate code development while improving validation and pipeline capacity as the organization scales.

You will manage multi-workstream programs, drive process improvements, build schedules, identify risks, and communicate with executives. A strong background in CI/CD, dashboards, and data-driven decisions is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large multi-workstream engineering programs.
• B.S. in CS, MBA, or engineering management preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for multi-workstream velocity transformation.
• Drive near-term initiatives to reclaim pipeline capacity and speed up releases.
• Support rollout of process improvements so validation keeps pace with AI-driven development.
• Develop schedules, identify dependencies, critical paths, and milestones.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and status to stakeholders with exec readouts.
• Use data analytics to measure pipeline performance and inform decisions.
