Role Overview
We are seeking a Engineering Test Support Lead to work closely with the Chief Engineer, providing essential support in organizing, scheduling, and executing test activities for next-generation radar systems. This role is primarily focused on coordination, logistics , and ensuring smooth operations, rather than technical engineering or design. You will help translate the Chief Engineer’s plans into actionable steps, manage resources, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure successful test execution.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
