We are partnering with a confidential international manufacturer to identify an experienced Engineering Test Supervisor to lead product testing, validation, and development activities for complex engineered equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys working at the intersection of R&D, product development, manufacturing, and field performance. The successful candidate will oversee testing operations, lead a team of technicians, drive safety and quality initiatives, and support the development of innovative products from prototype through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product testing, validation, and verification activities.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and standardized testing processes.
• Partner with Engineering and R&D teams on new product development and design validation.
• Coordinate testing schedules and priorities to support project timelines and production objectives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering test technicians.
• Ensure a safe testing environment through risk assessments, PPE compliance, and safety procedures.
• Oversee test equipment calibration, maintenance, and facility readiness.
• Manage departmental budgets, tooling needs, and test resources.
• Maintain quality documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Communicate test results, project status, and potential risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Background

• Experience supervising engineering test, validation, verification, or product development teams.
• Background supporting complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or electro-mechanical products.
• Experience within heavy equipment, industrial machinery, off-highway vehicles, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or related industries.
