  • Working toward a Bachelor of Applied Science in engineering.
  • Able to work independently and in groups.
  • Able to synthesize solutions when inputs are vague or incomplete.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with validation engineers and cross-functional teams to complete tasks.
  • Understand product requirements and develop validation solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Support planning and execution of validation activities, including fixture design and test reports.
  • Create and update validation-related documents and procedures.
  • Attend to safety culture and 5S kaizen audits.
