Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a concentration in Engineering.
• Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or a functional area).
• Proven leadership experience.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on projects alongside industry experts.
• Engage across manufacturing, process engineering, quality, safety, and supply chain.
• Present findings and recommendations to Sonoco leadership.
