Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Designer for its Roanoke, VA client, onsite only. You will create and revise designs for electrical distribution projects and use AutoCAD and proprietary software to develop utility designs.

You will collaborate with internal teams, field personnel, and customers to gather requirements, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while maintaining thorough design records.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field or related discipline.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ability to interpret maps and drawings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Onsite work in Roanoke, VA on a full-time basis.
