• Set up and conduct testing and characterization of new materials and designs using routine and non-routine tests in support of development projects.
• Collect, organize and prepare short reports on data from tests, including analysis and conclusions Work with engineers on the set up, optimization and data reporting for non-routine and complex tests or processes.
• Prepare or fabricate test materials, samples or subsystems as required in support of various projects.
• Maintain organization, functionality and cleanliness of test facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments before tasks to identify and mitigate safety and quality concerns.
• Comply with applicable company policies, including personnel, quality system and health, safety and environment standards and procedures.
• Wear required PPE and observe health, safety, and environmental policies.

This role is responsible for Material and System/Subsystem testing, documentation of results, preparation of simple reports, and assisting as needed in a fast paced, high technology work environment.
