Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily Execution & Standards: Drive daily execution by setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and output.
• Training & Coaching: Provide consistent, hands-on training and coaching to team members to develop technical proficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics (SQDC) and address issues.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): Actively participate in CI activities and ensure floor implementation of solutions.
• Staffing & Readiness: Manage daily staffing assignments, authorize shift overtime as needed, and ensure resources needed for efficient work execution.
