Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks an Engineering Technician I at NAS Patuxent River, MD, to support research, development and test & evaluation of aircraft and weapons systems. You will fabricate, operate, install, adjust, and maintain integrated computer/communications systems, consoles, simulators, and related data acquisition equipment used in flight and weapons testing.

High School diploma or GED is required and TOP SECRET clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• TOP SECRET security clearance required.
• Experience fabricating, operating, installing, and maintaining integrated computer/communications systems and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, operate, install, adjust, and maintain integrated computer/communications systems, consoles, simulators, and other data acquisition, test, and measurement instruments and equipment used to support R&D, T&E of aircraft and weapons systems.
• Record and interpret test data when required.
