Job summary

  • Experience working within established procedures and quality requirements.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

A Day in the Life

This role supports manufacturing operations at Medtronic's North Haven, Connecticut site. The position partners with production and engineering teams to maintain equipment performance, support process improvements, and help ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. This is a fully onsite position located in North Haven, CT with minimal to no travel required.

In this role, you will provide technical support for manufacturing processes, equipment, and production operations. The position works closely with engineers and operations teams to monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot process issues, collect and analyze operational data, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Support engineers in improving production cycle time, yield, quality, and operational efficiency

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 0+ years of technical, manufacturing, operations, or engineering support experience
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, instrumentation, or production operations
  • Experience collecting, documenting, or analyzing operational data
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process‑related issues
  • Experience working within established procedures and quality requirements

Benefits & Compensation

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$44,000.00 - $66,000.00

This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
