Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking an Engineering Technician to support environmental testing on CBRNE experiments at Kirtland AFB and other US testing grounds. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to conduct tests while adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate possesses an AS degree or equivalent experience in engineering technology. Key responsibilities include setting up test equipment, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. A DoD SECRET Security Clearance is necessary, alongside good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires good computer skills.
• Knowledge concerning electronics and electronic systems preferred.
• Experience in high explosive test support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests or experiments requiring selection of test equipment.
• Set up and operate equipment, record data and analyze results.
• Compile engineering data from various sources.
