Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and minimize disruptions.
• Investigate production challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Assist with tooling changes, new product introductions, and process improvement activities.
• Collect, compile, and analyze production data to support process control efforts.
• Coordinate communication between shifts and departments to address operational priorities.
• Ensure work areas remain stocked with necessary materials and supplies.
• Support day-to-day operational needs, including material movement, waste removal, productivity updates, and quality-related concerns.
• Work with engineering to understand process deviations and associated risks.

Education
