Job summary

Teamprovide is seeking an Engineering Technician to solve complex problems in avionics manufacturing, develop new products, support existing ones, and improve production efficiency. You will lead process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities include modeling, design and implementation of process improvements, coordinating engineering resources, developing and testing new designs, and supporting ISO 9001/AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 7–10 years of equivalent field experience.
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficiency with CAD, data analysis programs, and related software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including writing clear technical instructions.
• High manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
