Job summary

The EADS Group in Clarion, PA is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Engineering Technician to support our multi-disciplined engineering team. You will work closely with civil engineering project teams, assist with design deliverables, permit packages, and field investigations under a Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have post-secondary training in engineering technology or related fields, familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ESRI, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary training in engineering technology or related field is required or highly desired.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or ESRI software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

In this full-time entry-level Engineering Technician role, you will

• Work under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Assist with preparing design deliverables, permit application packages, report preparation, data analysis, and field investigations and inspections.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary trade or technical school training in engineering technology, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a degree in a related field is highly desired. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or ESRI software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
