Engineering Technical Manager

$115000 - $145000 per year | Richmond, MI | On-site | Permanent

Molding is your craft, leadership is your calling, and this is your shot to run the show: take the reins of an entire engineering and maintenance team, launch next-gen automotive programs, and turn a great plant into an unstoppable one!
A bit about us:

This isn’t a desk job or a caretaker role. You’ll shape how our plant runs: driving process improvements, leading root‑cause investigations, launching new customer programs, and developing a talented team of engineers and technicians. If you love the mix of molding, tooling, data, and people leadership, this is your seat.

Why join us?
