Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Manager of Engineering & Tech Services to lead a team within the PMO for power generation projects. You will translate business cases into technical requirements, design standards, and acceptance criteria across FEED through turnover.

Drive governance, change control, and compliance while safeguarding scope, costs, and schedules. You will partner with Project Development to define scope, manage Owner's Engineer contracts, and report KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience in power generation, industrial facilities, or utility systems.
• 5+ years in project/operations management, contractor oversight, and technical decision-making impacting safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• 10+ years related experience in power generation engineering, technical services, or closely related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team with clear objectives and accountability.
• Establish and govern technical standards, specifications, and QA practices for generation projects.
• Provide lifecycle governance and oversight of Stage-Gate deliverables; drive change control.
