This position would be for an Engineering Support Specialist Intern.Typical duties for a broad range of programs involving gear train technology, additive manufacturing, powder processing, cold spray manufacturing, robotics, testing, modeling and simulation, and characterization include assisting with:* Material synthesis* Device fabrication* Process simulation for fabrication* Development of advanced materials and material systems**Students Majoring in the following are *encouraged* to apply**:* Engineering, Welding and Metal Fabrication Technology programs* Materials Science and Engineering (MATSE)* Mechanical Engineering* Engineering Science* Aerospace engineering* Nuclear EngineeringThe successful candidates will work up to 20 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters and 40 hours/week over the summer.
