Responsibilities

• Work as part of Woolpert's Energy Engineering team.
• Assist engineers in researching, compiling, and editing: Site-specific information; Project and meeting notes; Permitting packages; Technical reports and deliverables.
• Support the preparation of proposals and change orders by: Compiling information provided by project leads; Editing documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Enter project-specific information and labor projections into Microsoft 365 applications.
• Generate reports and spreadsheets, update labor hour information, and assist with uploading data into accounting and project management systems.
• Audit project documents, file structures, and project records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Work closely with engineering staff to identify and correct documentation and process issues.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, provide recommendations, and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate across teams to support project management activities, program-wide systems, client deliverables, and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of the Energy Site Development team.

This position is responsible for supporting engineers by researching, compiling, and editing site-specific information, project and meeting documentation, permitting packages, and technical reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in civil engineering, construction, or related technical industries.

What You Will Do

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$24.57 - $36.88 USD
