Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering with hands-on prototyping experience.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of design, development, and test engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept to production release.
• Provide hands-on guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and reviews.
• Manage priorities and resources across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Applications to support development and transition to manufacturing.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and development processes.
