Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Virginia Beach is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering operations, focusing on hotel facilities and systems maintenance. This hands-on position requires strong technical knowledge and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance tasks, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, and responding to guest service requests promptly. Ideal candidates will have experience in building maintenance and the ability to lead a team effectively.
The Engineering Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department and assists with maintaining all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems in a safe, efficient, and guest-focused manner. This role is a hands‑on leadership position, shift responsible for supervising engineering associates, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
This position requires flexibility, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced, 24/7 hotel environment.
