Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join the Engineering Organizational Development team, reporting to the Engineering COO organization.

This role partners with senior Engineering leadership to drive initiatives, optimize processes, and enable cross-functional collaboration across divisions and regions. The role involves developing communications, managing strategic programs, and supporting business planning and analytics to inform decisions and drive

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic support, project management or operational roles in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications for programs and events following the firm style guide.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives related to career development and office strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define objectives and monitor progress.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
• Create program reports to communicate progress clearly.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and resource management with data.
• Partner with Human Capital Management on talent management and workforce strategy.
• Coordinate leadership and regional stakeholder meetings and events.
