Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The role provides technical leadership during startup and ongoing manufacturing operations, overseeing engineering activities for infrastructure, equipment installation, commissioning, and process optimization.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience leading technical projects or multidisciplinary engineering initiatives.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site engineering activities during facility startup, equipment installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate engineering priorities across Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, equipment specifications, and technical procedures.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues affecting production readiness and performance.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering personnel, technicians, and contractors.
• Coordinate resources and schedules to support facility launch milestones.
• Establish engineering documentation, technical standards, and procedures.
