Job summary

Atmos Energy is seeking an experienced engineer to lead integrity management initiatives for gas distribution and transmission assets. You will guide teams across divisions, ensure safety, and oversee regulatory reporting and project reviews.

This role requires a PE license, a strong background in engineering and data analysis, and proficiency with Excel, GIS, and reporting tools. On-site work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and seven years of related experience; or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer certification required.
• Ability to communicate and influence internal/external customers on technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to divisional personnel on system safety, integrity, engineering design, regulation, project management and records.
• Review projects, tools, reports and equipment to ensure compliance with standards, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain operating/maintenance standards to ensure public safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee technical projects and assist in engineering-related computer application designs.
• May oversee regulatory report creation/filing for storage, transmission and distribution assets.
