Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Science/Architectural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field; graduation 2027–2030.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Interest in pursuing PE credentials is a plus.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to solve complex problems in practical, real-world settings.
• Strong communication skills, including listening, writing, presenting, and explaining technical ideas clearly.
• Able to learn quickly, think creatively, manage competing priorities, and ask thoughtful questions when guidance is needed.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-growing consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support hands-on failure investigations and learn how engineers evaluate what happened and why.
• Compare real-world conditions with original designs, drawings, specs, and project documents.
• Assist with field inspections, site visits, lab testing, and other investigative activities.
• Perform engineering calculations, research technical issues, and analyze data.
• Review, organize, and summarize project documents, photos, test results, and other information.
• Draft clear, well-supported report sections that explain technical findings for clients.
• Contribute to visuals and demonstratives that help tell the story of an issue.
• Analyze technical reports and help develop supporting or rebuttal perspectives.
• Participate in team and client communications across industries and time zones.
• Build strong working relationships within the team and with clients.
